- JSPuzzles.com provides a free online puzzle service. Users of this service may upload digital images if they wish to turn them into puzzles and can then let others view the puzzle by letting them know the url of the puzzle.
- You must own the copyright, or have permission from the copyright holder for any images you upload to this website.
- You must not upload any images containing material that is adult oriented, illegal, defamatory, promotes racism, hatred or discrimination.
- Any images found to break our terms and conditions will be removed with no warning. Anyone who uploads an image that violates our terms may be banned from using this site with no prior notice.
- If you believe one of our members has uploaded images to our site that break our terms and conditions please contact us so we can take approriate action.
- All images are the copyright of their respective owners. You may not use any of the images on this site for any purpose without the permission of the copyright holder.
- All brand, logos or product names are or may be trademarks of and are used to identify products and services of, their respective owners.
- There is no warranty of any kind. Consider JSPuzzles.com as an "As is" service. JSPuzzles.com cannot guarantee any part of this site. This includes, but not limited to: Server Uptime, Image storage, Image backup, and "acts of god".

- JSPuzzles.com log the IP address of the computer in which each image is uploaded with. JSPuzzles.com only do this in case somebody uploads something illegal (see above). This is the only reason why this information is logged. JSPuzzles.com will not share/trade/sell your information to anybody else.
- In the case of violation of our terms, we may share any and all information we hold on the user concerned with any interested 3rd parties.
