How to request account deletion
- Send an email to [email protected] with the subject "Account Deletion Request".
Email us your deletion request - Send it from the email address registered to your account, so we can verify the request comes from you.
- Signed in with Apple using Hide My Email? Include your App Device UUID in the email instead. You can find it in the app under Profile → Legal & Privacy.
You can also start the request directly in the app: Profile → Legal & Privacy → Delete My Account.
What happens to your data
Deleted
- Your account and its sign-in link (Google or Apple)
- Your email address and name
- Your synced puzzle progress
- Your solved-puzzles history
- Your leaderboard entries
Kept
- Anonymous, aggregated statistics (for example, overall puzzle play counts) that are not linked to you and cannot identify you
Verification
If a request is sent from an address that does not match the account, we send a confirmation email to the account's registered address and process the request only after it is confirmed.
How long it takes
Account deletion requests are completed within 30 days.
