This page explains how to request the deletion of some of your data in the JSPuzzles mobile app (store listing: Jigsaw Puzzle Game - JSPuzzles) — without closing your account. Your account stays active and you can keep playing.
How to request data deletion
- Send an email to [email protected] with the subject "Data Deletion Request".
Email us your deletion request - In the email, list which data you want deleted — for example: your solved-puzzles history, your synced puzzle progress, or your leaderboard entries and leaderboard name.
- Send it from the email address registered to your account, so we can verify the request comes from you.
- Signed in with Apple using Hide My Email? Include your App Device UUID in the email instead. You can find it in the app under Profile → Legal & Privacy.
Verification
If a request is sent from an address that does not match the account, we send a confirmation email to the account's registered address and process the request only after it is confirmed.
How long it takes
Data deletion requests are completed within 30 days. Your account remains active throughout.
Get a copy of your data
You can request a copy of the data linked to your account directly in the app: Profile → Legal & Privacy → Request My Data.
